Reported by Time ( Tuesday, October 25, 2011), US government recommends HPV Vaccine for boy aged 11 and 12 be vaccinated against human papillomavirus, or HPV, to protect against anal cancer and cancers of the mouth and neck.
As previous blogged (March 2010) research showed HPV vaccine may prevent nasopharyngeal cancer as well.
Update (03/June/2013) Correspondence with Prof Carol Bradford, who lead this research: HPV vaccine will not work for adult or NPC or EB. Prof Bradford:'It only works HPV and only before (a person) exposed to virus.'
